Tournament Head Officials:
On Mat Head Official and Head Pairing Master add $25.00 per day
Travel, Meals & Accommodations:
Host school/club agrees to pay gas expenses for officials traveling to and from tournaments as approved by tournament organizer. Carpooling when possible is expected.
Host school/club agrees to provide nourishing meals to officials if tournament extends throughout meal times.
Host school/club agrees to provide adequate accommodations wherever necessary for officials working the tournament.
The WPEI organization agrees to provide a total officials cost to schools/clubs before tournament date.
Tournament Supplies
Host school/club will be charged an additional $75.00 in addition to any other charges by the WPEI organization for tournament supplies used by the WPEI.
Tournament Requirements
ALL tournaments WILL run using the 3 man system of officials as per rules set forth by CAWA unless deemed unesessary by the Head Official or a lack of enough officials.
Any facility (ie. Mats,safty zones around mats,ect.) deemed unsafe by officials will not be used until it is replaced or corrected.
Any and all tournaments will use officials registered/certified with home province and CAWA and MUST be approved by the Wrestling Officials Chairman.
